Michael is a Journalism Intern working to grow our Get To Know Montco and Get To Know Chesco platforms this summer. He is a rising senior at Penn State University in State College, PA majoring in Digital/Print Journalism and Political Science, and attended Spring-Ford Senior High School in Royersford.
Michael has worked as a reporter for the Pottstown Mercury and Centre Daily Times writing for all sections as well as covering larger profile stories involving figures like Gov. Tom Wolf and Donald Trump Jr. In addition, Michael currently works as a News Producer at Penn State Network News and a News Correspondent and Anchor for Penn State CommRadio, both student-run broadcast organizations.

Michael was an active member of his high school's marching band, indoor percussion, and choir programs, even being selected as a member of the 2016 All-American Marching Band, performing at halftime of the HS All-American Football Game at the Alamodome in San Antonio, TX.
He continues his love of music today, working as a co-curricular percussion instructor at Governor Mifflin HS in Shillington, PA.
Michael has been an avid Philadelphia sports fan from birth, attending the Eagles Super Bowl victory parade last year and also singing the national anthem with his church choir on the field at a Phillies game twice.
