For many years, we have enjoyed working with Select Grille LLC, supporting the online marketing presence of various restaurant concepts throughout Montgomery County, Bucks County, Berks County, and Lancaster Counties in Pennsylvania, as well as throughout Delaware and Maryland. One of their restaurants, Coastal Grille, is providing the Reading, PA area with seafood and non-seafood options, as well as a full gluten-free menu.
While the ownership team has a strong reputation in Berks County, primarily due to their flagship restaurant, Austin's Restaurant, they knew they needed a strong online presence for Coastal Grille to build brand awareness and encourage patrons to come eat at their restaurant.
We developed Coastal Grille's new website on our custom content management system, designing it with colors and vibrancy that will reflect the ambiance in the restaurant. When building the site, we provided a simple way to update menu items, images, and prices, as well as a PDF generator that will allow website visitors to dynamically download the menu with the latest and most accurate information. We also integrated OpenTable to allow for online registrations.
In addition to helping develop their social media strategy, we also manage a search and display advertising campaign to drive traffic to the website and generate reservations or other forms of communication. The search campaign strategically targets the appropriate keywords at the correct times of day or days of the week, and the display ads we designed are sure to catch anyone's attention and further grow their brand recognition in Wyomissing and Reading, PA.
