We are looking to add to our team a Marketing Coordinator who has the energy and experience to work with our clients, internal staff, and external vendors to ensure we are implementing successful strategies and completing individual projects. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Help develop and implement successful marketing campaigns that utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, various social media platforms, email marketing, etc.

  • Coordinate or assist in the management of social media marketing campaigns (organic and paid campaigns)

  • Coordinate tasks for both individual projects (such as website development) and ongoing campaigns with clients, internal staff, and external partners

  • Ensure projects are staying on schedule

  • Help provide monthly reporting to clients

  • Assist in the development of proposals and client pitches

  • Provide [minimal] assistance with administrative duties

 

Requirements & Preferred Experience

 

  • 3-5 years of marketing strategy development and/or implementation

  • Google Ads certification

  • Proficient to expert experience with Google Analytics and other online marketing platforms and reporting tools

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and major social media platforms

  • Experience utilizing email marketing and CRM platforms

  • Experience managing websites using a content management system

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Our grammar police is (or should it be "are"?) always watching!

  • Dynamic personality with the ability to fit into both social and business interactions

  • Ability to formulate creative ideas and help clients determine the best solution to achieve their business goals

  • Planning and participation in business meetings or client pitches

  • Pleasant singing voice
