Adriana has over 18 years professional experience in administration, sales, customer service and strategic alliances, with over 10 years specialization in e-commerce. She established commercial alliances in Costa Rica, Panama, and Colombia. She hired, trained, and supervised sales and customer service staff in those countries, specializing herself in creating and implementing
marketing strategies to increase sales as well as the development of web-based tools to facilitate interaction between the client and the company.

 

Her experience as Operations Manager in Costa Rica and other countries in Central and South America has well prepared her for her move to New York City in 2014 to join her husband in running the ArtAID organization as Managing Director of Strategic Initiatives.

  • She learned to speak English as a little girl when missionaries from USA taught her songs in English because they loved listening to her singing... And she is now perfectly bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

  • As Managing Director of ArtAID, an arts organization founded by her husband, the artist Keith De Cesare, she is helping develop his magnificent work bringing a healing message of love and hope through his art.
