Adriana has over 18 years professional experience in administration, sales, customer service and strategic alliances, with over 10 years specialization in e-commerce. She established commercial alliances in Costa Rica, Panama, and Colombia. She hired, trained, and supervised sales and customer service staff in those countries, specializing herself in creating and implementing
marketing strategies to increase sales as well as the development of web-based tools to facilitate interaction between the client and the company.
Her experience as Operations Manager in Costa Rica and other countries in Central and South America has well prepared her for her move to New York City in 2014 to join her husband in running the ArtAID organization as Managing Director of Strategic Initiatives.
Adriana is a bright, intelligent, detail-oriented team player who adds a creative energy to all of her projects. As a leader who believes strongly in the need for communication, Integrity, honesty, loyalty, and respect are important values to her. She gets to know our clients in order to truly understand their needs and how to help them succeed.
Adri loves art in all its forms. Travel. Books. Movies. Nature.
